Attended this meeting where the Councillors meet with teaching unions and discuss all matters about morale and standards in schools.
What a wonderful afternoon the weather was so hot and everybody turned out in force to support the hard work that the committee had put in to get this hut up and running. The Mayor opened the hut by cutting a ribbon with shears. Cllr Crowley and myself attended.

I delivered letters to residents in Sussex Road, Warnham Court Road, Crichton Road re dog fouling and parking. I then walked down Banstead Road with my camera taking picture of graffiti and rubbish re the railway bridge, and have reported them to the Council hopefully you will be an improvement soon.
I attended this meeting one agenda item was Teenage Pregnancies .Two young ladies from the Youth Parliament were in attendance to give their views on the relationship education that is on offer at their schools, they have put a survey out to all senior schools, some do not want to take part. We will have the feed back from this at a later date.
I sat on this committee, Butterhill, Great Woodcote Park and a TPO were on the agenda.
I visited Kew with friends to see the Tropical Extravaganza Exhibition of Orchids. It was a lovely sunny day at first but ended up with umbrellas up.
I made a speech re the Budget and the cuts to Adult Social Services.
I took my camera out with me and walked down Pine Ridge, Windborough and Cranley Gardens where I found graffiti on royal mail box and virgin media, which I have reported hopefully they will have been cleaned by now. Also Finger Signs Pine Ridge/Brambledown which were so dirty they could hardly be read.
Tim and I attended both Clockhouse 10-12 and Church of Good Shepherd 13-15 hrs.
A resident came and asked about the possibility of trains accepting the freedom pass early I have asked the TFL to look into this.
I member of the church not in our ward came to see us about various items.
