HILLCREST HALLS COMMITTEE MEETING

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

Cllr Kennedy and I attended the meeting, John is meeting up with the MP with the Chairman to try to push the case for the need for a new hall as a few member of the team pushing for this new hall have left the council.  There is such a need to rebuild this hall as this is the only community area for the residents of the clockhouse estate.  We are planning to redecorate the hall during half term as we need to keep it in good condition for the users at the moment, if anyone is free please contact me.
