My grandchildren came “trick or treating” so I dressed up as well, see picture. So as not to waste effort I went with hat to the South Carshalton Day Centre AGM, I did get a few looks getting out of the car in Oaks Way.
Attended the Wednesday Club at the Church of Good Shepherd the speaker was Andrew Cruickshank on Organic Gardening, good ideas were gleamed.
Walked the Countryside Walk with friends and lunched at The Woodmansterne, I did not realise there were 14 stiles to climb over!!
Attended the Sports Awards from 6.30 to 9pm. Well done all those that entered and the achievements gained.
I had arranged with Bill Buckley the Superintendent of the Bandon Hill cemetery to have a site visit. Bruce and Jenny had indicated that they would like to come along but in the end only Peter Wallis and myself went along. Thanks Bill for an excellent tour.
